Watch out Reid: NV seniors want to retire you!
Will Nevada retire Reid? Just ask us!

Conservatives are thrilled that Obama is coming back to Nevada to campaign for Reid next month. Really, we are! Every time Obama comes, he angers even more of the electorate with his insanely-insensitive, anti-Nevada comments. Remember his “don’t blow your money in Vegas” line? Hotel reservations were canceled en masse in the days and weeks that followed that idiotic remark. Obama never apologized, and Reid pretended it never happened.
Well, perhaps Nevada deserved it. Our good ‘ole boy Harry did call Obama a “light-skinned” black man with “with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one.” That embarrassment is painfully evident every time the two pat each other on the back.
Obama forgave Harry, but we haven’t.
Apparently Reid thinks more good than harm will come from the President’s visit. It wouldn’t be the first time Harry was wrong.
He thought the war was lost, when it wasn’t.
He said paying taxes is “voluntary.” It’s not.
He thinks government health care “works pretty good.” It doesn’t. Both programs are virtually bankrupt. (Please forgive Harry’s poor English. Nevada is the dumbest state in the nation.)
Reid was so sure Sue Lowden, a rich Vegas RINO, would win the Nevada Republican primary, he vowed to “vaporize” her in the general election. Again Reid was wrong, after wasting millions in early campaigning against her. In the end it was Sharron Angle, Reno’s own constitutional conservative and Tea Party favorite, who vaporized Sue.
Poor Uncle Harry thinks Nevadans still like him, especially the older, die-hard Dems. He’s wrong there, too: Nevada seniors want to retire Reid.
Reid ought to listen to the Republican National Committee, who correctly diagnosed Obama’s impact on Nevada voters. “President Obama’s trips to Nevada have only reminded Nevadans of Harry Reid’s failed economic policies and motivated more than 28,000 Democrats to vote against Reid in his primary,” spokesman Jahan Wilcox said.
Obama’s visit will be the third in a year, and Harry Reid’s popularity in Nevada has continued to fall. A recent Rasmussen poll found only 26% of Nevadans viewed Reid very favorably, while nearly twice as many viewed him very unfavorably.
So Nevada conservatives say, “Mr. President, come on down and do what you do so well!”
