Howard Stern says he can’t bear to sit through a single Niecy Nash segment on Dancing with the Stars, but says it’s more about the fact that the Reno 911! star is fat-not because she’s black.
Stern made the comments during Tuesday morning’s Howard Stern Show broadcast which included an in-depth discussion of his love-hate relationship with the ultra-cheesy ballroom dancing “reality” show.

“When I watch Dancing with the Stars, I have to watch it on the Tivo so I can fast forward through the people I don’t like. There are some people who I do not want to see dance,” said Stern. “It’s weird. I thought at first like ‘maybe I’m racist because I hate watching that…Niecy Nash.”

Stern then said he realized his irritation was more of a weight issue than a race issue:
“Here’s my problem-I just don’t care about this Niecy Nash. Now, at first I said like maybe cause she’s black or something-maybe I’m racist. But I love watching Ochocinco. So-it’s not a racist thing. I just don’t care about her. First of all, I think it’s more of a fat thing. She’s chubby.”

Howard Stern Show sound man Fred Norris added that Nash’s DWTS intro segments always include some sort of tribute to larger ladies. “One time you should break down and watch her,” said Norris. “Cause I guarantee you somewhere in there she’s gonna say something positive fat women and that like it’s okay to eat like another f—ing cheeseburger.”
Howard Stern caught major heat after this year’s Academy Awards by saying that ‘Precious’ actress Gabourey Sidibe was: “the most enormous, fat, black chick I’ve ever seen” and stated she would have no future in Hollywood.
Niecy Nash scored the lowest total from the judges during Monday night’s Dancing with the Stars. One celebrity will be eliminated from the competition Tuesday night.
